Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of WristGram (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of the WristGram app (“the App”), an independent, unofficial client for the Telegram messaging service built for Apple Watch and iPhone. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App is an unofficial Telegram client

WristGram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram Messenger Inc. The App connects directly to Telegram’s servers using Telegram’s protocol. Your use of Telegram through the App is also governed by Telegram’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with them.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must meet Telegram’s minimum age requirement and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the activity on your Telegram account and for keeping your device secure. The App stores your Telegram authorization locally on your device; signing out or deleting the App removes it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• break any law, or Telegram’s Terms of Service;
• send spam, malware, or unlawful, harassing, or infringing content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or Telegram’s services beyond what applicable law permits;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our permission.

4. Wristgram Premium & subscriptions

Some features of the App require Wristgram Premium. We offer a 7-day free trial that begins at first launch, after which the full experience (sending messages, voice notes, attachments, and placing calls) requires an active entitlement. Reading remains free.

• Plans. Wristgram Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription, an auto-renewable annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
• Billing & renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription, or turn off auto-renew, at any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it ends.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store Terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Lifetime. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the premium experience for as long as the App remains available.

5. Apple App Store terms

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), except where these Terms expand it. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future operating-system version, nor that messages or calls will always be delivered. Connectivity and message delivery depend on Telegram’s services and your network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, messages, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms as the App evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
